We make every effort to deliver a quality garment, constructed exactly to your measurements. Although our Quinceanera Dresses and Sweet 16 Dresses are made-to-order, we are so proud of the quality of our dresses that we offer a 100% refund if you are unsatisfied with your dress.  Quinceanera Galleria will honor your return request within 5 days of receipt. You will receive an authorization number and instructions on how to return your dress. We cannot honor returns without an authorization number. All returns are subject to shipping fees.

Note: your dress must be in an unworn condition, with tag,  in order for us to honor our return policy. Thank you for understanding.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

Custom design orders are non-refundable.

How long before I receive my refund?

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 7 to 10 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
